The RSC Cologne was essentially created 1969 as wheelchair basketball group of interests to the DSHS Cologne. The effort around the social acknowledgment and the integration of the wheelchair users into the public life formed the main objective.
From the group of interests developed an association, which holds a various wheelchair sport offer ready for humans with and without handicap. With the RSC Cologne three crews in different leagues wheelchair basketball play, whereby the first crew in the 2. Federal league plays.
