Candle light instead of room fire
(openPR) - Adventszeit, candle light, the smell after Plätzchen, roasting apples or glow wine lies in air, then many prepare themselves for forthcoming Christmas in the coming weeks. For children and adults equally fascinatingly the candle light illuminates the evenings, if the days become shorter ever.
Unfortunately it comes however again and again by the candles on Adventskränzen or Weihnachtsgestecken to room fires, with which apart from high damages to property or dead ones also often hurt to be deplored are.
With the determination of the cause of fire it turns out then frequently that the inadvertence in handling released the fire with the open fire. Only few pieces of advice must be considered, in order to make safe beautiful evening in the light of the Adventkerzen:
The most important Tipps:
- Using it a non-combustible document for Adventskranz or - gesteck. Use candle owners with scavenge cup from non-combustible material
- Stops it sufficient distance to inflammable articles such as furniture, timber claddings or curtains.
- Places you wreaths/rings and Gestecke into the proximity of heat sources and do not exchange you dry green against freshness
- Leaving it burning candles never unsupervised. Do not leave small children alone with burning candles!
- Leaving it the candles to never burn down completely

We over us:
We are Fernfahrer or physician aid, banker or butcher, pupil or civil engineer. Many of us have family. We are your neighbours. Completely normal people evenly.
Up to our secondary occupation: We are firefighters, at the moment about fifty men and women and numerous young people. We are day and night ready to help others. 24 hours daily - 365 days in the year, even if that does not hand 366. If we are used, we leave our job, our family or our warm bed. In the last year we were called to nearly one hundred employments.
In larger cities the fire-brigade service is performed by officials of the occupation fire-brigade or the full-time firefighters in the layer service. With us in Naila fire-brigade service is a pure honorary office; all our firefighters carry their service out voluntarily and free of charge. Since the employments hardly differ from those in a large city, the city puts the the same high-quality vehicles and devices to us as carrier of the fire-brigade at the disposal. And we as firefighters are suitable us in many Ausbildungstunden the necessary knowledge on, in order to be able to carry out from the fire to the traffic accident, from the flood to the danger property employment the same professional assistance. But we sacrifice numerous evenings and weekends in the own fire-brigade, on area level and at the national fire-brigade schools.
We visit kindergartens and schools, in order to prevent by clearing-up of fires. We visit enterprises and hospitals to provide over for us for the employment the necessary local knowledge and give information to the fire protection.
In the employment and at exercises we work hand in hand with police, emergency service, technical welfare organization and other fire-brigades, because optimal assistance is possible only in the interaction of all relief organizations.
And why do we do that Because there must be humans, who do this work, in the oldest „citizens' initiative of” our city. And because it condemns good feeling is, if one knows after the employment that one could help.
But we come also gladly once unausgeschlafen to the work. And but we leave also further everything untouched to lie and, if we are alarmed. That is normal for us.
