(openPR) - since some days grassieren letters of various insurance companies, which due to incorrect information the impression to obtain are, Bestatter fell under the European Union mediator guideline. Due to the many inquiries we reacted in this connection and received following text of the solvent acre death benefit insurance. Infer please from this letter actual circumstances.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
in order to zerstreuen the present uncertainty of reference of the above affair, we may communicate the following to you:
On 01 July 2007 the above mentioned guideline is to be converted by the insurance agency law into German right. The question whether you will not be seized as funeral enterprises of the regulations of the law, if you recommend/obtain the death benefit insurance of the SOLIDAR place yourselves in this case.
Kraft of legal definition means „insurance agency “offering or suggesting or accomplishing other preparatory work for locking insurance contracts or the participation in their administration and fulfilment, in particular in the case of loss.
The casual distribution of information in connection with another vocational activity, is not considered to support than insurance agency, if this activity does not have the goal, the customer during the conclusion or the handling of an insurance contract (kind 2 numbers. 3 of the guideline). On the question of the Entgeltlichkeit (commission) it does not depend.
