In order to ensure the agency and co-operation of non-governmental culturally important organs, in particular concerning Minderheitengruppen and minority peoples, we suggest the following new version:

Kind 5, exp. 2 you co-operates with cantons, cities, municipalities and private ones. The language communities and ethnical minorities of Switzerland are to be taken part appropriately directly in co-operation.
