MIDAS secures investment in medical technology enterprises with national warranty

MIDAS middle class fund (openPR) - MIDAS invests 0.75 millions euro in form of a quiet participation for the development of the selling activities. The country North-Rhine/Westphalia secures the commitment by a national warranty at a value of ever 70% of the invested capital and yield.


The MIDAS middle class fund No. 2 invests 0.75 millions euro into a medium-size enterprise from Münster. The core authority of the enterprise lies in the range medical technology and patient care. With the invested capital the enterprise will develop its country wide selling and with it its Mark leading position will strengthen.

The agreed upon running time of the Mezzanine financing amounts to 7 years. The enterprise recompenses the investment with a firm interest i.H.v. to 12.0% per annum as well as a profit-sharing of 2,5% per annum. The country North-Rhine/Westphalia secures the commitment by a warranty at a value of 70% on the invested capital as well as the agreed upon net yield.

The enterprise was created 1996 and created themselves in the course of the past six years Germany far and abroad a good market position. In order to become fair the high requirements of the industry, the enterprise is certified after EN ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2000. With the investment by MIDAS and the security by a national warranty the enterprise underlines its high quality yardsticks and proves capital market ability.
