Constitutional complaint “Cannabis cultivation” submitted

After Robert Jarosch, hemp activist from Main living/circle open brook had requested to 05.02.2001 the cultivation from up to 20 female Cannabis Planzen to the internal requirement as luxury, this was likewise rejected by the Federal Office for medicaments, like the following contradiction.

After the “simple course of law” is exhausted by the nonadmission of the revision by the OVG Münster of 21.07.2006, attorney Dr. Leo Teuter (Frankfurt) at Robert Jarosch inserted 02.01.2007 for his mandator now constitutional complaint at the Federal Constitutional Court Karlsruhe.
