Experience with the Chocolatier Philipp Oldehus and the owner of the ice cellar Martin Heitzmann which chocolate with which wine best your taste meet. Mr. Oldehus will manufacture the chocolate of the evening directly before your eyes and you something about history and the production of the different chocolate sorts will tell. Besides Martin Heitzmann hands you different Weissweine, red wines and sweet wines to the straight manufactured white, fullmilk and dark chocolate.

Thus however not enough, because to 31. March 2007 starting from 20 o'clock is already offered for the third time the incomparable chocolate menu.
