TeleSon AG takes over telebinder GmbH

(openPR) - Munich, 08.01.2007. The TeleSon AG with seat in Munich acquired to 29.12.2006 all portions of the telebinder GmbH, Bisingen.

Telebinder GmbH remains existing as independent operational unit and further particularly business customers will contact. As managing directors immediately Mr. Berthold binder and Dr. Helmut Schmidt are ordered. The emphasis of its activities for telebinder GmbH on Business solutions in the business customer segment and in the past 18 months its business model sets strategically by the ranges portable radio service Provider and T-DSL-Wholesale extended.

TeleSon is the largest non-quoted, company-independent Preselection offerer of Germany. In the year 2006 the TeleSon group gained a conversion of over 50 millions €. In the center in Munich TeleSon employs 110 coworkers. In the middle of 2005 took and offers its VoIP platform to TeleSon in Frankfurt/Main in enterprise for October 2006 complete connections (telephone and DSL). This connection is based on a completely IP-operated teilnehmeranschlussleitung at the customer - the future technology within the range connection technology. TeleSon actual related to the availability - the fifth-largest offerer of complete connections in Germany.
