Heart research up-to-date: Vegetable Omega-3-Fetts�ure (ALA) is lowering and heart protecting blood pressure

(openPR) - Norwegian researchers published recently a research work, in which they submitted of a critical evaluation the available scientific literature to kardioprotektiven (heart protecting) effects of the vegetable Omega-3-Fetts�ure alpha Linolens�ure (ALA). In the studies the effect of ALA on the Vorbeugung of koronarer heart illness and sudden heart death was examined. In summary the studies show a clear result: The regular consumption of vegetable oils with a high portion of alpha Linolens�ure affects positively the heart health and has heart protecting effects both when recovering as well as with those, which are gotten sick at a koronaren heart illness. The authors recommend to pay attention therefore with the nutrition to oils, which are rich at alpha Linolens�ure.

Now Greek researchers supplied in an outstanding technical periodical a possible explanation for the heart to protecting effect with of alpha Linolens�ure. They stated that with men, who took linseed oil with alpha Linolens�ure to itself, which increased blood pressure was clearly lowered over 12 weeks long. If the men took however to F�rberdistel�l to itself, which does not contain alpha Linolens�ure, then no blood pressure lowering effect was observed. In linseed oil highly occurring alpha Linolens�ure (ALA) concentrates is thus responsible to lowering effect for the blood pressure.

Alpha Linolens�ure (ALA) comes only in vegetable oils forwards and not into fish or salmon oil. Linseed oil has the highest portion of alpha Linolens�ure of all naturally occurring oils. Now linseed oil unfortunately contains of taste materials, which do not make the direct consumption straight a culinary pleasure. A consumption in caps would thus be of advantage. In a patented procedure Pharmazeuten from Germany succeeded in manufacturing highly purified linseed oil with a high portion of alpha Linolens�ure (ALA) in caps which can be swallowed easily.
