No absolute confidence protection of the Chefarztes at delegation of the clearing-up on subordinated physician

(openPR) - the Federal High Court among other things took position, under which conditions not the operating surgeon even clearing up can rely on the fact to the question that the clearing-up took place duly. From this existing control obligations apply in still stronger measure, if the operating surgeon is responsible to Chefarzt and therefore for the normal organization of the clearing-up in the hospital at the same time. In the available case the operating Chefarzt must state, he seized which measures, in order to guarantee a normal clearing-up and to control the observance of its instructions. For this so far any lecture is missing.

The Internet portal approximately around the medicine, maintaining and psychiatry right. We would like with our Web operational readiness level a contribution not only to the right to make, but also occasionally critically to the topics of our time position refer. Always the “completely dominant opinion and teachings” do not go around, because also this is as far as possible an illusion and an expression of most diverse interests - also and straight in the right!
