The new general equal treatment law (AGG) in the new version must to the black board

(openPR) - with the entry into force of the AGG to 18.08.2006 also the notice-requiring laws change. Before end of the yearly 2006 changes stepped still briefly in the AGG, in the work time law, the law for the protection of young workers as well as the law regulating the closing time of shops into force. In addition a changed law protecting working mothers applies since 1 January 2007. All these laws are notice requiring.
