MBS fuel management: now with 3D-Haldenvisualisierung

3D-Visualierung of a waste dump with different colors for the respective coal supplies (openPR) - coal is not equal to coal. The material flow management system MBS of HAUK & SASKO offers an optimal tool with the new 3D-Zusatzmodul for coal waste dump visualization for the diagram of the different coal qualities and - cost.

MBS (modules of fuels) supports all for the fuel supply and for the disposal of conventional power stations relevant business process. It covers the business operations planning, procurement, employment optimization and disposal. The business processes are information-technically in the MBS in an integrated system shown

With the employment of the MBS downtimes belong to waste dump visualization due to fuel problems of the past. The MBS waste dump visualization makes possible a better monitoring the quality and the structure of the coal waste dumps as well as the production of prognoses concerning the coal quality, which is carried in the Bekohlungsbunker. This makes an even, technically optimal driving fashion of your plant possible.

The waste dumps know any structure (form, demarcations etc.) as well as exhibit by most different stock pile devices (e.g. settler, scratch, circle bed machine for mixing etc.) to be up and abgehaldet.
