Diatec leaves Körber PAPER left group
(openPR) - Hamburg/Pescara, 9 January 2007 - Diatec, a mechanical engineering enterprise for the hygiene processing industry, does not belong any longer to the Körber PAPER left to group. The management of Diatec in the person of Luigi Mancini and Letterio Villari transferred the enterprise in the context of a management Buyouts by 1 January 2007 and will in the future independently lead the specialist of the hygiene technology. Diatec has 24 coworkers. The conversion amounted in 2006 to EUR 5 million. The coworkers are taken over.
“Other technologies within the hygiene range of the Körber PAPER left enterprises are not by this change affected”, so Martin Weickenmeier, chairman of the management Körber acting internationally in Hamburg of the residents and PAPER left getting thing. “We wish much success” to the enterprise Diatec.
