Living and living with horses - an unusual concept between M�nster and Greven

(openPR) - stone ford, 12 February 2007 - an unusual concept is carried out in this summer at the �Schiffahrter dam� between M�nster and Greven. Buyers can acquire there properties, on which house concepts with horse attitude are possible. The indoor riding arena with external place, developing likewise there, can be attained by all properties by means of rider ways professionally put on.

Altogether 21 properties are opened, which cover sizes of approx. 1,200 m in each case � up to approx. 2,000 m �. On these properties free standing single family houses in the country house style can be established. Besides the possibility on property exists to build a stable building in Massivbauweise with accommodations for the own horses. The project offers therefore an alternative for all those, which decide not for the renovation of an old yard place, but for a new building, completely after the personal conceptions in the external area.

The future plan area is to time agricultural effective area and lies in a corner surrounded by green belts in sufficient distance to the road. A noise disturbance by driving past vehicles can be so effectively avoided. The view over the road shows the typical cathedral Muenster park landscape.

On all properties stable buildings can be established, which do not only offer place to the horses, but also sufficiently stockroom available for straw, hay, fodder or other necessary aids to make.

In order not to bring passenger car traffic and a moving of the horses in collision, separate Zuwegungen was taken into account to the indoor riding arena. Thus the inhabitants with the horses must put on and ways not covered with appropriate floor mat over the roads ride, but can particularly use.
