The well-known French manufacturer Arden equipment modified and offers the offer since the year 2003 successfully into the market of the introduced general-purpose shears (multi-processor) the general-purpose shears cu 2000 and cu 2700 for excavators from 18,0 tons to 37.0 tons Einsatzgewicht.

The special characteristic of these shears is the genuine (patented) Kieferschnellwechselsystem.
When changing the Kiefer the security system and only the two cylinder pins is operated is removed. The main pin and the two cylinders remain in the shears body.

Now the new, the one which can be changed, is again only connected Kiefer with the two pins of the 2 cylinders in the shears body and operated the security system - finished - the next processing step can begin. The Kieferwechsel takes only approx. 20 minutes. Since everyone is supplied the Kiefer with its own condition foot, this fast Kieferwechsel with clean implements and connections takes place.

The shears are hydraulically into both directions endlessly swivelling, 2 turning engines provide for fast and precise aligning of the attachment. An additional speed valve is available as option. The pre-aged main pin and the guiding system, which support both Kieferh�lften of the shears during the entire cut procedure, ensure an accurate and sharp cut line of the material. With both actuators the piston rods are completely protected from damages. The max. gumption strength of the shears cu 2000 amounts to 318 tons, those of the cu 2700 amounts to 380 tons.

For both types of the general-purpose shears the following Kiefer and/or implements for most different applications is available:

Kiefer BB - a Betonpulverisierer with Schneidmesser for reinforcing irons
Kiefer BF - combination shears for concrete and steel
Kiefer CB - concrete shears for cutting concrete
Kiefer CF - scrap shears

For the cu 2700, which is used with load-bearing devices over 26 tons service weight, additionally following Kiefer/implements is available:

Kiefer BP - shears for cutting railway sleepers from concrete and concrete carriers with Stahlarmierung

Kiefer BV - shears for cutting up concrete covers and - carriers.

To all implements and/or Kiefer applies: The respective teeth (from Hardox 600) are among themselves exchangeable, the cuts (likewise from Hardox 600) are swivelling.

Are by the patented quick change system the user able, changing tasks and/or work areas with only one shears body to take off but several attachments and/or Kiefern flexibly. This flexibility feels the user also in the initial costs.

Further products of Arden equipment are both hydraulic and mechanical their own quick change system, for excavators of 1 to 53 tons Einsatzgewicht with a corresponding program of spoons. A further segment forms the grip arm program, consisting of abort and sort grip arms, two and multi-bowl grip arms, envelope grip arms, carrot and Holzgreifern as well as grip arms for the building of railway sleepers. Product for abort and recycling, like hydraulic hammers and scrap shears, to the extensive delivery program of Arden equipment does not belong last.
