New Leitwarte with brewery Beck´s

New LCD monitor wall to the perfect overview (openPR) - increase of process transparency in the course of the guidance waiting modernization for the power supply. In the Leitwarte all results of measurement for production are supervised and steered processes.

In order to achieve a high process transparency in the Leitwarte, apart from the software optimization (WIN-CC von Siemens) also the technical and ergonomic concept in the Leitwarte was again compiled.

Young man system engineering (JST) was assigned to plan and supply a solution, with which the processes on a Large Overview in the total summary are represented. The Large Overview consists 42 “- LCDs of 6 pieces. Via the high „Full HDTV dissolution “(1920 x of 1080 pixels) can take place the operation of the plant directly on the large LCDs. Accordingly the STRATOS CommandDesk Kontrollraumti stands directly before the large picture wall. To the optimal image replication the two control computers were equipped with in each case a DVI Mehrfachgrafikkarte. The dissolution per video channel amounts to 1600 x of 1200 pixels.

Due to the 7/24 the middle chief work place is equipped hours of shift operation with a height adjustmenting by electric motors for sill plate and TFT Aufstellfläche.
