Real estates 50plus - Older humans appreciate their peace.
(openPR) - a quarter of the real estate prospective customers between 50 and 59 years would not like Nachbarskinder or playgrounds in the proximity of their desire residence. Beyond the 60 even nearly a third of the asked children feels as deterring. That is the result of the current “real estate trend study” from PlanetHome, a subsidiary of the HypoVereinsbank.
Than Nachbarskinder and playgrounds are still more unpopular at the generation 50plus schools in direct proximity of the residence. “For more than 27 per cent of the asked ones school proximity is a reason against the purchase”, explains Robert Anzenberger, executive committee of the real estate mediator PlanetHome, the study results. “Clear of fewer fears of contact have real estate buyers between 30 and 39 years. In this age group have less than 15 per cent something against children or schools.” Thus they are below the average. The fact that the buyers have a heart for the new generation around the thirty can be explained easily: This is in Germany the average age, in which Mrs. Kinder bring to the world.
“Whether children are desired, do not only depend in the proximity on the age. Also the household size is decisive”, like that Anzenberger. Nearly a quarter of the one-person households prefers train and childless environment. Also households with two persons above average often reject children in the surrounding field. But children's game and school noise do not only prove as sales brakes. Also too many seniors in the neighbourhood can work deterring - anyhow for young humans. In the age group from 20 to 29 would like nearly twenty per cent of the asked ones no lodging with many older humans in the neighbourhood to acquire. With an average by all asked ones this number sinks: Only well 13 per cent have something against seniors in their residential surroundings. The older generation may make it happy. They do not have to bear the children of the young neighbours then later.
