Rents in Dubai - situation relaxes

(openPR) - Dubai 2006 - nearly monthly the rents climbed for Appartments or mansions inexorably more highly and more highly.

100,000 Dirham (22,000 euro) annual rent - and more for a 1 room Appartment were at the agenda. Making more difficult it was added that in the emirate the rent must be paid for a half and/or whole year in advance.

No simple situation, not only for young people, which must turn each “Dirham”. On the average had to be paid also for a reasonable room in a group house starting from 4000 Dirham (870 euro) monthly.

In the prices at the end of did not change 2006 much. However it was to be observed starting from October 2006 that the situation relaxed easily. The rents slip since this time “easily” downward.

Trips are the boom of construction activity and those ever more becoming “manufacture buildings”, which provide for supply at rooms and mansions.

For 2007 on a further decrease of the rents one counts.
