Safe pump system for the promotion of liquid gas
With suction power for pumping liquid gas: the new sealless gap pipeline mounted pump also in the liquid running rotor of OPTIMEX
(openPR) - the new sealless gap pipeline mounted pump of OPTIMEX works with wet-current rotor
The new pump system of the French manufacturer is based on the tub construction technology. Thus problems can be avoided when the assembling of the drive shaft and leakages at the seal. The gap pipeline mounted pump with the rotor running in the liquid is used thus without seal system. Multi-level pump hydraulics has a screw-shaped inducer (more inducer). The new pump system is used because of its small thermal radiation in particular for the promotion of explosive liquids in the petrochemical industry.
The aggregate offers such a pump system without leakage problems, which uses the advantages of wet-current rotor pumps with encased stator. The system replaces conventional pumps with LPG or applications of very low-temperatures, with which ball bearings run in the liquid and such, with which the stator comes into contact with the promoted substance.
The engine of the new pump is vertically inserted with sucking in downward on the soil of the tub. The depth of the tub reduces sucking in, so that it is compatible with the NPSH value of the pump. The tub fills at the inlet in the top (soil level) with liquid. The aggregate is in the liquid and promotes it partially to a clam-shell shroud of the engine, which attaches to the outlet line. This runs by the assembly flange within the upper range of the tub and serves thus also as mounting plate for the aggregate.
The engine in the liquid running rotor is also cooled by the current in the clam-shell shroud and an internal cycle in the rotor chamber. The stator is protected by a shroud from the penetration of liquid. The stator chamber is filled with oil. A expansionsgefäss at the assembly flange provides for the continuous level of the chamber. The produced warmth can be derived thereby easily by the oil current. The heating up of the engine is reduced thereby. Liquids with high steam pressure can be thus also pumped.
The camps are lubricated by the delivery medium. A hydrodynamic blade spacing system of the axial forces makes the contactless enterprise possible, in order to avoid demands of the axial-thrust bearings. With approach and stop a magnetic axial load camp is used. The current supply runs by a pipe up to the connection at the assembly flange. The instrumenting for the smooth enterprise within highly combustible ranges is appropriate at the assembly flange (level of liquid, stator push button switch, coil temperature, oil level).
