In addition, the Polish capital Warsaw offers old part of town one to the UNESCO Weltkulturerbe gekürten and is considered as the largest building site of Europe. Here innumerable shopping centres and Bürohochhäuser develop. This causes also a continuous adjustment of the infrastructure.

Across the two bridge construction works OE-1 and OE-2 is led the Siekierkowska route at the traffic center Bora Komorowskiego in the eastern city centre crossing-free on three levels on the southern struggle race. The Zufahrtsrampen with 723 meters and 419 m run up to twelve meters over area and present road level. PERI Warsaw offered the most economical solution for production both the column and retaining walls, and the building of bridge over.

In the sense of a rapid building progress at the same time six concreting sections with about in each case 50 m have to be placed. For the formwork of the box cross-section of the reinforced concrete bridges the PERI conceived engineers Gespärreeinheiten on the basis of rentable standard parts. In addition VARIO steel latch plates could be interconnected by appropriate clutches resistant to bending and articulated. The adjustment and adjustment, in addition, the adjustment to variable geometry took place with SLS heavy load spindles.

The formwork units could be supported on multi-PROP. and ST 100 support frame constructions surely. Multi-PROP. aluminum ceiling supports could be connected with frameworks and be extended with it to a modular tower system. Different framework widths make an optimal, building site-referred reading and geometry adjustment possible. Light individual parts provide for a simple and fast assembly. Also the ST 100 pile tower is fast developed, because he can be put without pins or plugs simply together. The ST 100 is type-examined, so that aufwändige static computations are void.

The characteristic at the PERI solution consisted now of the fact that the covering formwork was fixed to 15 anchors after the concreting procedure and reaching the firmness with DW at the bridge construction. Now the building site team in a the position was to dismantle and reproach the support frame bereichsweise and align for the next section. The shifting of the Gespärreeinheiten split in the cross section took place afterwards without aufwändige disassembly work with crane and truck. By small openings left themselves the crane hurry by cover through to the bridge lower surface to lead and the formwork there attach. After the release of the anchorage the crane lowered successively the two formwork units on the loading area of the ready standing transporter, in order to bring the Brückengespärre for the next concreting section. The Gespärreeinheiten did not have to be divided in addition aufwändig. Thus fast shifting of the formwork was reached and the building site could save time and costs.
