guttabeta star burl courses for high pressure loads - highest stability by burls in star configuration

By the star shaped burls guttabeta burl courses a pressure pressure than comparable conventional products, higher over 50 per cent, have star. They are suitable among other things optimally for cleanliness layers. (openPR) - the new guttabeta star burl courses of the Gutta of works have a pressure pressure than comparable conventional products, higher over 50 per cent. The special star shaped burls are so firm and durable that they can take up substantially larger loads without itself to deform. Typical areas of application are the foundation wall protection, cleanliness layers with concreting, roof planting, sealings and drainage systems.

Exclusive self-development
The star configuration announced to the European patent was developed by the development department of the Gutta of works and brought to production stage. On three production plants (of it two with ever 4 meters of Produktionsbreite) Gutta per year manufactures approximately 20 million square meters of burl courses. The courses consist of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a impacttough, flexible and decay resistant plastic. HDPE is drinking water-neutrally, chemikalienbeständig, wurzelfest as well as steady against mushroom and bacteria contamination. The material is temperature steady from minus 40 to plus 80 degrees Celsius.

Three qualities available
guttabeta in three qualities are offered to star burl courses, whose designation shows the different pressure strength (kN/m ²). Already the standard version guttabeta star 400 kN/m ² for the foundation wall protection withstands a pressure of 40 tons per m ². For this range of application conventional comparison products lie only with approx. 250 kN/m ². For particularly high requirements stand also a version with 530 kN/m ² (53 tons per m ²), or particularly for cleanliness layers guttabeta the star 320 kN/m ² with a maximum stress of 32 tons per m ².

High-strength drainage burl course
As special equipment guttabeta the star 530 kN/m ² gives it the drainage course guttabeta to star drain. It has additionally up covering width unit a filter fleece, which prevents that mud the burl channels zuschwemmt. guttabeta star drain can derive therefore Sickerwasser particularly reliably. guttabeta star drain is also ideal for roof planting, since the fleece layer replaces otherwise necessary wadding. The burl course is pressure resistant to 530 kN/m ² (according to 53 tons per m ²).

Original accessories
With all variants the burls of 7 millimeters are high. Per square meter 1860 burls place find. The expiration ability is with approx. 16,600 litres water per hour and square meter. The burl courses are available in seven sizes of 1 to 4 meters width. The length amounts to depending upon execution 20 or 30 meters. As original accessories are available covering sections, PE assembly pegs and Butylband. There is further information with the Gutta works, Tel. 0781 609-0 or in the Internet under www.gutta.com.
