Free Photoshop project for all German-language schools

(openPR) - in the autumn 2005 the education project began: Diagram makes school. For this Grundlagentutorials were combined into elementary application possibilities by Adobe Photoshop on one - learn DVD. With completing the Workshops of the DVD the degree of a advanced beginner to progressing is reached.

Over 200 schools already in this project took part and to leave the knowledge from the PSD Community in instruction, in courses or in project days to flow. For all interested and schools involved the teaching material is made available free of charge.

For their commitment the operators were distinguished by PSD Tutorials.de in December 2006 with the Bildungsaward of the Brockhaus publishing house „knowledge for Germany “.

PSD Tutorials (short: PSD) is one of the prominent diagram portals in the German-speaking countries with monthly approximately 4 million accesses and daily approximately 20,000 recurring visitors.

PSD is offerer from Workshops to 2D, 3D, Web, vector, video and layout programs and reproaches in all ranges a multiplicity at supplementing Downloadpaketen, as for instance brushes, forms, samples, styles, Gradients, actions, homepage collecting mains, 3D-Modellen and workfiles.

The strategy of the operators aims at lasting quality increase of the core ranges Workshops (HP, Flash, HTML, C4D), Downloads and Contests. PSD focuses its activities on adjacent fields, which supplement already existing contents optimally. For this count the development of the ranges photography, medium organization and content management systems.

The guiding system is cooperative and delegating structured. 14 moderators and 3 DarkArt responsible person are operationally responsible for the different ranges of the portal. Each range must measure with other diagram portals. The distribution of roles after authority makes an goal-oriented and strategic administration for the operators possible.

PSD exists in the Communityform since March 2004. Motive for establishment was to develop a portal the knowledge always freely available keeps. The operators with the point system built fast on the principle: Promoting and demanding. The active sharing of the members is a substantial component of success. In these 3 years further values of the PSD culture appeared: creatively, steadily and fast.

PSD Tutorials makes these values and orientation at the needs and possibilities of the members a conception with future.
