Initative for better speeches: Acre Rhetorica Berlin

The participants of the first qualification training course 2007 on the seminar ship “AGORA” (openPR) - around the political Rhetorik lastingly to promote, the promotion circle and the German speaker school GmbH a new initiative started political Rhetorik registered association: Acre Rhetorica Berlin.

This concerns a free qualification training course for speech writers and speech advisors of prominent personalities in the German Bundestag and in the Federal Government. The number of participants is limited to twelve. The allocation takes place after parliamentary group size.

To the executive committee of the promotion circle Professor Gert white churches (MdB) belong, to Dr. Edmund Stoiber MP, Renate Künast (MdB), Peter H. Ditko, Friedrich Merz (MdB), Dr. Guido Westerwelle and Dr. Gregor Gysi (MdB). The training course accomplished in co-operation with the German speaker school GmbH, which is active since the year 1978 in the area of the political Rhetorik and works also for guidance personalities of the economy.

The speaker school offers a provisional membership, which can become then, after confirmation by the promotion circle executive committee, a constant membership to the participants. The duration of the membership is limited to the legislative period and/or the activity in the political office. Re-election is permissible. Membership dues are not raised.

The qualification training course for speech writers/inside takes place on the seminar ship „AGORA “of the speaker school on the realm tag bank, opposite the Jakob emperor Haus. The first training course began on 23 January 2007 and ends on 4 December 2007.

Training course leader is Peter H. Ditko, director/conductor of the German speaker school GmbH.

With regular participation and delivery of a conclusion speech, which shows the application of instructional contents for its part,/the Teilnehmer/in receives a qualification certificate. The training course-best receive then the possibility of noticing a resuming qualification in the context of a structure training course.

Scholarship places will assign German federal daily, Federal Ministries, Bundespräsidial and Office of the Federal Chancellor at coworkers/inside from delegates and parliamentary groups. A condition is an activity in the range „speeches writes “and endorsement by the responsible MdB and/or the agency and/or department manager. On the assignment the executive committee of the promotion circle decides.

Already in the year 2003 the GERMAN SPEAKER SCHOOL could celebrate their 25-year old existence, under presence of the CDU Federal leaders Dr. Angela Merkel and Geschäftsführer Peter H. Ditko, founders and directors/conductors of the German speaker school. Peter H. Ditko, which had already at that time as a director/conductor of the institute for applied communication sciences GmbH much training experience, main header the speaker school 1978 as BONN SPEAKERS SCHOOL from the baptism.

Meant the school was main as out and training further place for the delegates of the German federal daily, which had mostly completed many speech appearances in their constituencies already, but nevertheless in the plenum of the German federal daily or however with television appearances advice and assistance looked for. Already soon the school extended its offer, trained the speech writers of the parliamentary groups in the federation and in the land days and opened for the economic range. Thus since then strengthens high-level personnel from economics, administration and medicine uses the possibilities of the rhetorical out and further training.

In the year 1991 followed, after which case of the wall, which establishment of the CITIZENS OF BERLIN SPEAKER SCHOOL, which first their seat in the today's area of government administration, in which Reinhardtstrasse had, and then 1994 into the western part, on which cure prince dam moved. After the way for participants had become quite far from the South German areas, in Munich 1994 the RESIDENTS OF MUNICH SPEAKER SCHOOL was established. First only for the execution of single trainings, then soon also for some seminar offers.

Since the schools care for more and more considerable international enterprises, whose language with presentations and Meetings any more German, but English is not, the opening is to Europe now the next step in successful school history.

Also the coach team was gradually increased. The teams are active and the particulars coach inside in the individual school places and coaches to a large extent on their areas specialized. So the school has to show today a comprehensive out and training further offer.
