(openPR) - ten thousands pupils in Saxonia-Anhalt could be inspired for instruction in the cinema

Over 16.000 pupils in Saxonia-Anhalt are to the school cinema week (20. - 24 November 2006) of the vision cinema gGmbH - network for film and medium authority and its co-operation partner European youth education and youth meeting place Weimar (EJBW) flowed into the cinemas. In 29 play places with cinema atmosphere culture and film knowledge were arranged for the pupils. Pretty often there were thereby hot film discussions. A pupil team accompanied the project with the camera. Now the seeing must be brought for the film criticism competition still to paper.

Many used the chance and with the director Mirko Borscht and the leading actor Florian Bartholomäi in the connection lively discussed. 30 instructors in Saxonia-Anhalt argued with the topic „film formation in instruction “and participated in the teacher advanced training of the federal center for political education. Equipped with film-scientific tool they can help their pupils now to more competent handling the moved pictures.

Representatives of print, sound broadcasting and television, under it the MDR television, reported regularly on the cinema event locally. Not least the project of pupils of the Ulrich of Hutten comprehensive school resounds cinematic documented. In their Trailer conceived the young film producers the most exciting moments of the school cinema week caught. The strip will announce the school cinema week 2007 in the coming year.

The school cinema week in Thuringia and Saxonia-Anhalt is a project of the VISION CINEMA gGmbH - network for film and medium authority and the European youth education and youth meeting place Weimar (EJBW). She finds Landesinstitut for teacher advanced training, teacher further training and instruction research Saxonia-Anhalt, the federal center for political education, the national center for political education Thuringia, the national center for political education Saxonia-Anhalt, the Thüringer ministry for education and cultural and the Thüringer Institut for teacher advanced training, curriculum development and media instead of in co-operation with the Central German medium promotion, the Thüringer state chancellery. VISION CINEMA is an initiative of the assigned one of the Federal Government for culture and media, the institute for film promotion, the donation German Kinemathek and the “cinemas makes for school” GbR and stands under the patronage of Federal President Horst charcoal burner.
