Of the journalist GLÖCKEL uncovered wrong Holocaust photos again before court

One of the wrong photos to the KZ Auschwitz (openPR) - 5 months after the HIGHEST COURT OF JUSTICE with its resolution under the document number of 4 whether 71/06d to favour of the exclusive report of the journalist walter Egon GLÖCKEL with the title “the Holocaust, Auschwitz and its Geschäftemacher 2005” its judgement fällte and the PUBLISHING HOUSE belonging DIZ Munich GmbH SOUTH GERMAN to the group of media withdrew, gives, represented by FELLNER WRATZFELD & PARTNER their complaint to omission and revocation a recent complaint of the Interviewpartnerin and information person of the company, which were pursued internationally in technical & medium circles with interest recently food.

The journalist uncovered in the so-called intending year 2005 that the AKG images and the sports association picture service sold numerously photos (licenses/use rights assigned), which the concentration camp Auschwitz were assigned and by a million-public were consumed not at all from this destruction mechanism of the National Socialist regime originated. The HIGHEST COURT OF JUSTICE divided then in the procedure for the request of the plaintiff for issuing a provisional order the aspect of the journalist and underlined also the meaning of publishing circumstances for the society with the words: “… because the reproach of the Geschäftemacherei with the Holocaust has meaning beyond the individual case. It is also entitled.” as well as “the authenticity from sources to the crimes of the national socialism is therefore a question of highest social importance. Against the care of all involved ones, thus also of Archivdienstleistern, high demands are to be made for this reason. That applies to be regarded all the more, and with genuine sources the profitable utilization in justifiable way as morally precarious can, anyhow if in it - like here - the wrong is drastically shown by victims. These considerations justify a clear criticism, if - like here - objectively precarious sources are made available against payment. Also the plaintiff must therefore accept it that their care obviously lacking with clear words is criticized.”

Now however a recent complaint followed with that the Interviewpartnerin and Auskunftsgeberin of the DIZ Munich GmbH by their denomination their personality rights hurt to see wants and just as also the published data related and in agreement places.

Considering the legal prehistory, the medium lawyer Dr. Albrecht HALLER took over the mandate for GLÖCKEL (HALLER had been appointed in the first procedure as the procedure aid) and to 18.1.07 the complaint answer was brought in within the prescribed period.
