Quality assurance in the away and further training - Homöopathie for the animal medical profession/- inside

Seminar chairs (openPR) - quality is the best prescription! The quality of the courses/seminars decides on the success in learning of the participants/- inside! That sounds logical and simple, but - as one reaches quality during the away and further training particularly for veterinarians/- inside

The guidelines of the academy for veterinary advanced training (ATF) - which with the veterinary surgeon chambers of the countries and the veterinary professional associations co-operates closely - are to be surely quite understood as a condition for a to a large extent uniform further training in the Homöopathie. They should be understood however our opinion after as minimum requirement. In order to achieve as high a quality in the seminars as possible, we compiled some - for us important points - and would like to present hereby these to them for discussion:

1. The switching of competent specialized knowledge connected with methodically didactical abilities of the lecturers in the range of the adult education are indispensable for a high quality in the further training. Therefore a continuous advanced training of the lecturers should be in their field of activity (E.G. Homöopathie or also FTA) and additionally in the range of the adult education guaranteed.

2. The participants are to be carried forward as much as possible realizations directly from the seminars and motivated to further self-instruction. Under these points of face we demand a delimitation of the number of participants, use of group works and interactive communication with the participants. This is to make a better, more direct conversion of new realizations to the practice for the participants possible.

3. Practical activity of the lecturers in your field of activity represents the condition for the passing on of experience and offers to the class participants the possibility of supplementing on the basis drop's treatment the theoretical bases by practical abilities. The lecturer should have therefore its acquisition emphasis within the range of its practical activity.

4. The quality assurance is to take a larger value in the courses.
A possibility is the development and use of feedback elbows, which are called in by the participants in the end of each meeting. These should be evaluated in the lecturer team, in order to hold a constant improvement process on.

5. The lecturer should be able to take a direct influencing control in the organization and execution of the seminars, i.e. he is thus responsible person and Gestalter of its own courses, and not only „instruction-dependent fee strength “. This creates motivation and confidence with all involved ones.

6. We should aim at a promotion and a support for the veterinary new generation through „payable “course prices. Offers of supplementing seminars by practical men, who could be helpful special topics, how „“, etc. offer business startup for veterinary medicine he/inside, for the young animal medical profession/- inside.

7. By our study we acquired an inevitable condition within the range of the diagnostics and the school medicine (cock man was a physician and pharmacist). On these bases each further training develops. That differentiates us substantially from the not-academic occupations with respect to the range regulations of the animal medicine!
- This quality distinguishes our occupational group and therefore should the lecturers with relevant topics on the newest in each case conditions be also relevant!
